I am a borrower who closed a loan on December 13, 2019 through a broker who worked with United Shore. On January 31st I received a letter from Leona Burnett-Woods, an outright loan delivery employee with United Shore. The letter stated that during a recent review, it was discovered there was a clerical error on the Closing Disclosure, and as a result there she enclosed a revised CD correcting information sheet.
