Polite and experienced staff in office when i went in to set up my accout. The delivery drivers communicated with me over the phone when and where my lift will be delivered per my instruction as we were working on a customer's site (Pepsi). The lift was clean, no leaks and working properly.
Great coordination, communication, smooth hand-off from one United to another in market needed.
Smooth and easy experience
unit was not either charged or had a bad battery, could only use for 2 hours first day we had it. wouldnt hold much of a charge every day. When picked up was completely dead.
