Please, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, they are shady and will not hold their end. We have been trying to contact them for a complaint and no one will ***********. They offered a price for 2 vehicles to be transported, they gave me a quote and contract, I signed and gave them the deposit. 2 days prior to pick up they raised the price for 350 dollars and will not honor their initial contract, The vehicles were delivered and one has a s**** on the back bumper and items were stolen from our glove compartments, ************ is NO GOO... read more

The only good was the dispatcher ***, always answer the phone, and try to resolve the problem, but driver company which is Fam transporter *** did not arrive the day they were supposed to, meet location was not at my house, dropping day was different day and they returned the car empty on gas

After having a terrible experience with a different auto transport companies, I called United Global Logistics. *********************** was really kind, persistent, and committed to finding me a suitable carrier. If anyone else needs something shipped, I will suggest him.

Strong warning - do not use this business! They will pressure to sign a contract, demand a cash advance to an individual, not a company account. The price they quote will sound to good to be true and is in fact very much so. If they find you transport at all it will be at a much higher price. At the end of the day their goal is to get as much money from you as possible without providing any service. I paid a 100 dollar payment to have a vehicle shipped and then was told that a driver was and would not be available. I had to use another company. I was told that I will not recieve a refund when asked. I would like my refund after being to that I would recieve one. Very poor customer service too.

Dont trust them. I signed the contract with them to move my car for $1100, then they changed the price to $1400 the day before day were supposed to be pick up the car. They took $200 deposit and I requested the deposit back but they refused. Stay away from them.

The absolute worse company. They stole money and then didn't fulfill their end of contract and then said no refund. My vehicle was never picked up and tonthis day they claim they're looking for a driver. It's literally been a month and a half of them looking for a driver. They quoted a price to get you to sign a contract then try to make you sign another contract almost triple what the quote was. Do not use this company

I could not even choose the star rating it is set to show 4. No stars. Lied. Said they could deliver my car in the time frame needed. Can’t book a driver. Never use this company.

I have seen my share of different moving companies, but they are all flawed in some way or the other. But United Global Logistics has really performed a flawless move for me. Their quote was cheap, and I mean really cheap. They showed up early on the moving day with all the right tools. They used loads of packing materials to safeguard my breakables. Other things received a shrink wrap. Soon they were off and arrived right on time. There were no mishaps or glitches. I really cannot believe how excellently these movers worked... read more
