**** - the agent told me they already found a driver to ship the car and quoted a cheaper deal than most but needed $200. But whn I asked if they had the actual driver and I would feel more comfortable giving the deposit after they have assigned an actual driver - he said it was a transport company he was dealing with and info would not come until 2 or 1day prior to pickup. Apparently, you literally need to educate yourself on the vehicle transport business before even shopping for a quote. Unless you pay top dollar, the quotes are subject to change and that turns into a scam. I wasted 5 days with another company while they tried to get almost twice their original quote. *************************** with United kept in touch with me through that entire ordeal and I'm glad he did. State to state. ******************* my representative and ***** my driver both A+++They picked up in the evening and it was delivered the next morning on time. They treated the car well. Extremely ************************ The very competitive pricing was hardly anything at all for this service. Highly recommended!

This is worst of the worst company in market to ship your car. Each and every agent sitting there is a big time scammer. The person with whom I started the deal tried to make me comfortable through out the contract signing process and took $200 as signing amount through cash app. After the signing was done, I waited till the day before the scheduled pick up date and I got a big shock, I called them and I was told that the agent with whom I was working was giving false commitment to their customers and he is fired. My husband signed a contract to deliver our RV from Munford Tn to Lewisburg Tn. We were quoted $200 deposit and $250 at the time of delivery. It was supposed to be delivered on Sunday. On Saturday evening we received a text from the company that we now needed to pay$400 at the time of delivery. We texted back and told them that we couldn't do that. I requested my deposit of $200 back and send it back to my cash app. The employee then tells me that the deposit is nonrefundable. There is nowhere that says this. The company bro... read more
