The company gave me two quotes, one for a cheaper open transport and one for a closed transport. I ultimately went with the closed transport for shipping my vehicle more securely. I ended up getting the open transport, which resulted in some damages to my new vehicle. I requested a refund in the difference between the two costs plus reimbursement of the damages, but they refused both and have since blocked my phone number and are no longer responding to e-mails. The company is manipulating the customers for issuing false quotes and not giving customer service as per the requirements. I am disappointed as the company has taken my $125 and not delivered my car.

This company is a scam and I have already began legal actions against them because they are tricking people saying that you can have your car shipped with a deposit of $150 and then you pay $650 upon delivery of your vehicle which totals $800 knowing all alone that they don't have any intentions on picking up your vehicle nor providing a driver. Terribly unethical and dishonest company. They quoted me $850 to ship my vehicle. They asked for $150 deposit in order to schedule transportation and said the balance would be due upon delivery. They had a week to schedule a driver for the price they quoted and did not meet the terms of our contract. This company is terrible. After reading their reviews I wanted to cancel my shipment with them. I canceled my order with hours after speaking with ***. They demanded money up front. They then threatened if I didnt use them my car would not be picked up. I was very uncomfortable putting my Range Rover in there hands. *** would not take my car off the board after emailing him and sent him several text messages. United Global Logistics contracted with me to deliver a vehicle for a total cost of $1350. $150 was paid upfront, with $1100 due at delivery. They guaranteed that it would be picked up on a certain date. Please Dont do busy with this company they lie to you about the price to get you to sign the contract and pay the deposit and once this is done they contact you on the day of pickup and change the price the lie was ****** then on day of pick up it went to ****** then ****** when you ask for a refund they dont refund your money this is a scam and fraud because they lie to get your money.

Scam scam scam. Dont do it. They raise the price on the supposed day of pickup. You will lose your deposit like we did. Really nice until you tell them they lied to you and raised the price $800.00. Who knows what would have happened had we agreed to it. Payment demand would have increased before they would release the vehicle. Scam!
