Great service
Walked in, got my propane tank refilled in minutes.
Horrible Customer service. I was a customer for over 3 years. I was on call for Propane fill up. I called an they said they would fill up the next day. A week later I ran out and had no heat or hot water for several days. I contacted them they said they forgot about me. Filled it up a few days later. Had like a 40° house in the middle of winter. My furnace was running for a full day before I realized what happened and it blew my motor and the main control board. Cost me $600 for there mistake of forgetting to fill the tank w... read more
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!! If it could give negative stars I would. They have terrible customer service. We had no choice after we bought the house in December to fill the tank one time. We no longer wanted to use them and they are demanding 75.00 to pick up their own tank or force us to continue to rent it. Use any other provider or convert to natural gas if possible.
