Horrible Customer service. I was a customer for over 3 years. I was on call for Propane fill up. I called an they said they would fill up the next day. A week later I ran out and had no heat or hot water for several days. I contacted them they said they forgot about me. Filled it up a few days later. Had like a 40° house in the middle of winter. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!! If it could give negative stars I would. They have terrible customer service. We had no choice after we bought the house in December to fill the tank one time. We no longer wanted to use them and they are demanding 75.00 to pick up their own tank or force us to continue to rent it. Use any other provider or convert to natural gas if possible.

I prepaid for a fuel delivery and then got a bill in the mail saying I owe money on a prepay account. I called and the guy is rude, says they charged me the wrong price, pay it. Taking my business elsewhere!

It took me a while to get unloaded. Dock is wrong size, forklift has to move load all the way around building.
