It was easy to retrieve my belongings.
Horrible company. Horrible people. Did not contact me after the release papers for my vehicle were sent to them. Instead I was told to call a number, and that number made me go to a website where I had to schedule an appointment. The appointment request was denied, twice, before I was able to get someone on the phone who told me I had to pay the storage fees before I could make an appointment. They don't allow same day pickup, and for some godforsaken reason, are closed on Fridays and weekends, but damn if they don't charge ... read more
