I purchased a 2008 Mazda 3 from United Auto Brokers on June 10, 2015, working with Angela. It is my 16-year-old son's first car (thanks Grandma!). We were told the price was non-negotiable because a pre-certified car was guaranteed and we wouldn't have any problems with it. Almost immediately, one of the headlights stopped working. I recently bought BMW station wagon from them. My sales person was AL and his attitude was not bad at the time of purchase. I brought the car to BMW official dealer in next weekend for maintenance purpose and they found oil leak by broken bolt which would cost me $3800!!! My sales person didn't notify me about it or maybe they are not capable of finding it. My recommendation to you who is thinking about buying a car from them is, get it checked by your mechanics before buying it unless you have no doubt in your strong luck. ... read more

I have been looking for a nice used BMW Wagon as a present for my wife. Called United, spoke with Ryan. First Bad Sign: At 1015am on a Monday he couldn't tell me if a particular car was even on the lot or available. Called back, spoke with Nancy, made appt to meet her. While on phone let her know that I wanted to take the car to a 3rd Party Mech for a Pre-purchase inspection. DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT buy a car from these people. We bought a 2005 Lincoln Aviator from Charles and Al and have had nothing but issues with the vehicle. The first item to go out was the transmission the second day we owned it. I called Al who had the car looked at and quoted us $2200.00 to have it replaced. The car was gone for two weeks before it was returned to us. We paid $1100 of the $2200 out of our pocket. I called several times to get status updates and Al could not tell anything. Joel was great throughout this entire deal. He kept me and my husband informed at all times. He also went above and beyond the initial day we visited the dealership on a Sunday it was closed and he saw us outside and invited us in and talked to us that day. I really appreciate his great customer service. I will be back in the near future.
