Terrible service from United Air Temp. American Home Shield rip off vendor. Can't complete a repair in less than 1 month and don't care.
Horrible! Do not use this company! They installed a complete AC unit at my home 3 years ago via American Home Shield (I'm no longer a customer because they're horrible as well). The unit no longer works. They claim they only worked on the coils and not the compressor-very interesting because the old compressor BURNED, precipitating my needing a new unit. I paid an extra $1300 to upgrade the unit and 3 years later they won't fix it because I'm not a customer of AHS any longer and they CLEARLY don't stand behind their work. Ap... read more
I have been waiting over 2 weeks for heat from this company. I'm very dissatisfied with the service. It is supposed to go down to 19 degrees tonight but apparently they still don't have the gas valve they need. Do not use this company.
Pitiful service! We have a 1-yr. contract with American Home Shield (another joke!). UAT has been out to our home on several occasions, yet they are unable to properly diagnose our HVAC problems. We called their "emergency" number several times today as our house is now in the 80's, and we never received a call from anyone. Stay way from these scammers!!!!!!!
