United Air Temps do not have a clue what they are doing! The tech first came out on May 12 and here we are June 12 and still not working ac! The tech has come out 6 times and the 5th time put his leg through our ceiling. That was on the 5th and we still haven't had the hole fixed. This company each time does something and then it may work for a couple of days and then they have to come back. Never do they know what the problem is they believe it is either this or that. Terrible company, sold my parents the biggest piece of shit AC unit that exists(wasn't cheap either 5k plus).They have had it 3 years and united has been out to fix it easily 30 times. Same bullshit excuses every time and you guessed it just tried to turn it on and it doesn't work!! If you decide to use this company and have read this review you deserve what you get. Buy one off Craigslist watch a YouTube video on instillation and you will know more then these people.

AHS sent them out for our Home Warranty. They were there within an hour. The tech was friendly & knowledgable. We were very happy w/ the service.

Just a word to the wise - DON'T do it. Incompetent. Unresponsive. Words fail me to express what a miserable experience this has been. And it's still going on without resolution.

I wish I had read these reviews before using them! What a terrible experience. Like many, they were sent to me from American Home Shield when my AC froze up because all the Freon had leaked out. That was on March 17th. The technician didn't have the equipment to find the leak. Rescheduled with another tech on March 22nd. He gave me a quote for a brand new unit, $5,800. I asked him to fix the leak and refill the Freon but that was "not his job". On March 24th they had to remove the coil and take it back to the shop to repair.... read more

They were sent to us less than a month into owning our new home. Their tech turned off our whole a/c unit (which included the pump), and the result was a stream coming out of our ceiling. I spoke to the "manager", who came out to look at the damage. He saw the big water mark on the ceiling, as well as, the stain left on our carpet and agreed they were at fault. GREAT! Having read all the previous reviews, I was really worried about using this company. I have also got American Home Shield coverage so I really didn't have a choice. Long story short, I had the most pleasant customer service when I called, which was a lot, to make sure I didn't fall off their radar. When you're on hold, their message explains that customers with a service contract get priority service, good to know but AHS should know that too. 1. It has been weeks and i still do not have working A/C. The last technician was able to get the air blowing through the ducts, but the compressor outside is NOT WORKING.
