The manager at Unique Apartments was absolutely amazing, I was having serious issues with my roommates and Bryce got me out as soon as he could. They are very helpful, especially when you as a tenant reach out and explain your situation. They got me moved into a new apartment that is very nice. Everything is included here and it's all very nice, appliances and everything. I am so grateful for Bryce and this apartment complex.
They will make you renew your lease according to an arbitrary schedule rather than the customary 90-60 days before it ends. If you don't renew, they'll start showing your apartment IMMEDIATELY. There were 8 months left on my 1-year lease when they tried to get me to renew. Then they brought strangers into my home every 1-2 weeks consistently from the moment I did not renew to the moment I moved out.
