They do a great job, but appointment times don’t matter. Saying this as me and my super excited 9 year old’s appointment should have started half an hour ago… they keep saying just a few more minutes… great place, just not reliable timing wise. Update: they started one of our appointments 35 minutes late… they still don’t have someone to do mine. I came in looking for a pedicure & gel x set pretty close to closing time yet they still managed to get me in. Whoever was in charge was honest about the artist not being able to do certain style on my toes & recommended I come in tomorrow when there is more availability which I really appreciated the honesty. Vien did my toes & he took his time perfecting them while Sam started on my nails which were not the simplest design yet she never made me feel rushed - even after closing.
