First class accommodations; bright, clean, latest equipment. All ages, no judgements, great staff, everyone welcome. Very comfortable facility.

The instructors at USA are excellent. They inspire as well as instruct. The other members are friendly and make you feel at home. I have been a member for 8 years, and it is like working out with family.
