The owner is really cool, all the instructors and employees are awesome. I've been going there 4 years it's a friendly atmosphere, grunt as loud as you want.
The ladies in pump and combat keep it fresh! You sweat sooo much....it makes you crave more!
I had my orientation with Ken today. It was fast, fun, professional, and informative. He answered every question I had and I no longer feel intimidated by all that equipment. Overall the gym is filled with nice people, it's neat as a pin, and there's never a wait for a machine. What a great gym!
