Recommendeda friendly gym that provides a wide range of cardio and weight exercise options. Add to that MMA fitness and there is something for everyone at every level of fitness. I've been a member for over 10 years

Years ago when our kids were little my husband and I had a membership. The people were always friendly, we loved the atmosphere and going there. We were contemplating going back, until we noticed the prices on the website....It used to cost us roughly $250 total for both of us (we only ever used the machines, we don't need all the extras). This place is no longer affordable for the average family, unless you only plan on going for a month, but then what's the point of going at all....very disappointed. :(
My family loves working out at Union Street Athletics. We have access to all of the cardio and weight lifting equipment and the great variety of group fitness classes. Staff and coaches are great. I trust them with my children’s training.

My son and I both train at Youngs MMA. I am quite picky about who has an influence on my children's lives and I am so happy to say this gym is like family. We love the quality of the classes, also the coaches are more than just a "coach" they take their time outside of the gym to have people get together and have fun as a gym family!
