I love this station because it's so beautiful. But, I can't understand why the people here stand in line. It makes people nervous and isn't necessary.
Philadelphia is just 133 miles north of Washington, D.C. Hop on a train and have a fun and easy (and affordable!) weekend getaway.
Red Cap service only helps you on train. No more holding bags while you walk around. Disappointing.
Short walk uphill takes you to U.S. Capitol Visitors Center, worth the wait.

better get in line early for trains going to Nyc on the weekends.
