When traveling with kids, use the bathroom at the station before boarding. The restrooms on the train are - uh - in unpredictable condition. Ick.
This station is huge with so much to see and do! The Main Hall is awesome Free wifi in the gates area!
Taxi line is miserable at every hour!!!!!
I really enjoy the Taco Bell. Restrooms are close by.

This is a great place to take kids and watch the trains coming and going from Union Station. There's a raised platform that overlooks the tracks where you can watch.
Taxis here are horrible and only take cash. Use Uber app to have a car get you!
