The bar tenders make me feel like I'm in Cheers. Big Jim pours perfect dirty martinis and is a great conversationalist. Love these guys.

It was a good day with blue sky and visited there for lunch. Sitting at the counter ordered original clam chowder and lobster. There were amazing. Liked them. A crew helped us to set the lobster well. There was a performance of living lobsters also. Once visit there.

Excellent, as always. It was a bit crowded, but there's a reason for that...

Oysters were yum, the drinks were stiff and the chawda was delish. Oldest restaurant in the USA continues to have its A Game going #Boston Strong.

Great place. We come here every year during the marathon. Extremely busy and understandably long waits for a table. But the service is always good and the food is good as well. You have to try the mussels in the white wine sauce, most excellent.

Oysters were very fresh and tasty, if a bit on the expensive side but to be expected in downtown. We had several different dishes and they were all good. Great service and and nostalgia. Recommend going for early 1130 lunch to avoid long waits...we were seated immediately with a party of 3. Dinner is very busy.

I had my first whole lobster and the waitress took the time to show me how to eat it. Joe had lobster ravioli's and enjoyed. So glad we made it part of our trip.
