Professional polite knowledgeable efficient
Poor communication, they promise a timeline and don't deliver. Some from their far, far away offices are empathetic, but since taking over the local orthopedic provider (Bayfront Orthopedics - who were awesome) it has become non-responsive and does not fill orders for months past the date promised.
This place sucks. I was in the erie office Nov 4th and still have not heard anything about my shoes. Called the number and they give me the run around. The guy in the office said 5 weeks now the lady on the phone saying 6 to 8 weeks. I'm trying to get my shoes to get out of the boot. No one won't help me. IT CALLED DRAGGING YOUR FEET.
Not impressed with getting through to make an appointment! Then their asinine answer system says, press 0 to leave a message & that is useless also!
