Not worth it here, new construction apartments in Manteca are better priced better neighbors.
Beautiful and inviting
Called and got a no-hassle price and tour scheduled. Moved in the next day! Everything new inside unit could not be more happy!
I moved in January of last year into a new renovated 2x2 unit. I was impressed by the all the new appliances and flooring! Daniel was beyond welcoming helping me every step along the way. I would highly recommend to tour their units if you are considering moving to Manteca.
We moved in from out of state going by pictures which were obviously not reality. Garage was not painted full of dirty hand and grease they refused to paint it. All screens for the windows had tears . Drawers were difficult to open . Old and not well maintained townhome. Pool area had broken chairs dirty grills. Homeless people go through the dumpsters. We moved out after less than two months and they took half of our deposit which was a whole months rent .
