The management company are always descriminating. They won't put you on the lease with your spouse if you don't have good credit.
Worst complex on the face of this earth i agree with the other two reviews and to top it off the management staff is highly rude and inconsiderate and on the unit we rented the deadbolt on the front door barely worked and could easily be forced open the arcadia doors handle fell off not even a week after i moved in. And the screen had a huge rip in it, and within a month the dishwasher started to leak. All around a poor place to live
The manager here will steal from you if you decide that you do not want an apartment.after being told we had twenty four hours to change our minds, we were told our check would be mailed. One month later this same woman stated that we canceled days after the actual day and that we weren't entitled to a refund. This woman is more than likely embezzle in from the company and I would not be surprised if she isn't skimming from tenants. Do not rent from this establishment.
