Recommendedvery quite, clean and great with quick with repairs
very dirty, has leaking ceiling and drywall is falling off the ceiling, and the property manager has there 1 of the 6 day working and he was still not available to speak with, office very unprofessional with sarcastic attitudes also (pictures are coming soon of the horrible apartment that was rented out)

This is a bad place to be, they will lie to get you in the apartment and when you have a problem, they will get an attitude with you and the property manager will stay out of the office so they don't have to solve the situation. I have been doing maintenance for years now and this is the worst i have ever seen coming from the office. I have posted some pictures of my apartment and how they moved me in. This is horrible and a bad place to live
I have had a positive experience here for nearly 4 years..The office staff are always happy to see the residents and have a genuine concern regarding any type of repair needed even if it is a light bulb..I am happy that I settled in here.
Union Hills Estates management lies. Joan will say we don’t recognize the 201. Which is a renters right to claim. Come to fine out the state does recognize 201. Took them 4 times to finally our HR block person had to call and tell them how. We r sorry we have never seen one of them. Folks if u r on SSI or SSDI. Please ask for the 201. Was one day late on rent, they slap u with a 15% of rent is your late fee. The place is loaded with cockroaches also. Just think about it.
Complex is located in a decent neighborhood near schools and plenty of shopping centers and of course by downtown. Management is kind and understanding specially office manager Jackie. As long as you're a responsible tenant there should be no problem.
