I was so excited to go here! Heard great things! We had to wait over 45 min to get a seat no big deal! We know good places sometimes take time to get into, but once we were seated we had to continue to wait and wait and wait(oh and it was boiling hot in there too) it took 20 min to get water, we had to ask a bus boy. Food took forever too, and when it did get it we had no utensils so the waiter went to get some and we waited 10 more minutes for utensils??!! Then the food wow was I really disappointed! Food was good but just so slow. Perhaps the wait staff has too many tables or there’s a way they could help each other or something? Our food was really slow. Vegetables came out with cheese so we asked for some without and we literally finished the entire meal and then the waitress said the vegetables were almost ready. They’re steamed vegetables. How can they take 20 minutes? Prime rib came with no steak knife, table next to us got salads but no silverware, on and on. Just kind of a cluster. Room for improvement.
Terrible experience from start to finish tonight. Took quite a while for the hostess to seat us even though there were only a handful of people eating in the restaurant. We were there for almost 2 hours and were visited by our waiter only 3 times.. after having to ask for a refill 3 times before actually getting one.. once our food finally came out, my fish and chips were cold.. once we got the bill, we had to send it back to get it corrected as they over charged.
RecommendedGREAT ATMOSPHERE! Food is always fresh and delicious! The Union Grill is my go to restaurant, fair prices and friendly staff!
