The service here was ridiculous! Jordan was our sever and was rude as hell. He never introduced himself, literally threw plates when he “set” them down, we had to ask for water, we had a leaning tower of pizza of plates before he offered to clean our table and it took over an hour to receive our food. Good food and good,friendly staff
This was our 2nd try at the Union Grill. We didn’t even get seated. We stood at the front waiting to be seated for 5 minutes waiting for lunch . 6 staff walked by, including the hostess. Every one of them looked at us, going on about their business and ignored us. We won’t be back. Starving in Ogden
Service was completely terrible tonight we sat at our table waiting for our soup for a half an hour I finally had to ask the waiter to bring it to us.. awful awful service
I love this place!! The decor inside is so charming and the wall art of old Ogden is so cool. The food is all so tasty and staff always seems enthusiastic about their job. My waiter Jaydin today was eager to please our table and shared his excitement to be apart of the company which he stated was his first waiting job. His happiness made our experience even better and I hope to see him stick around!
Excellent food! Malibu burger was awesome! If I’m ever back in Ogden, I will return here to try more of the menu!
Union Grill what happened this used to be my favorite restaurant. you changed the menu and the food was disgusting too much sour cream. I am sad to say that I will not come back. what did the owners do. they used to have good food. Broken hearted.
