This place is wonderful! Everything in one place, and I am in love with the massages! Maria Is the best!
Maria is fantastic....the very best! She is a an attentive and caring person and I always feel so much better after one of her massages. She listens to concerns and always works to improve how my body functions. The atmosphere in Maria's work space is calming and totally relaxing. You will be giving yourself a wonderful gift by spending an hour...or more, with Maria!
I recommend Maria O for massages. She is excellent! The atmosphere in the massage therapy section was perfect. It was warm, comfortable and inviting. Maria listened to my concerns regarding my problem areas and addressed them magnificently.
Unify is an all inclusive health facility where you can train, take group classes, obtain nutritional advice, and even get a massage. Working out at Unify doesn't feel like a chore. I look forward to each workout with my trainer, Melissa Wilson. I highly recommend Unify.

Three well equipped gyms, massage studios and consultation rooms for meetings with nutritionists or physical therapy this wellness center focuses on the whole picture of your well-being.
