Unify is not just a great place for personal training and working out. The owners are very engaged with patrons and always seeking new programs and events to keep everyone enthused about their fitness goals.
It's an incredible facility with wonderful trainers and massage professionals.
I just love Unify!!! I've been working out with Melissa for about 5 maybe 6 years now and she is just awesome, but I have to say, ALL the trainers are awesome at Unify, they are soo knowledgeable and well educated in their field. Love Unify Health & Fitness Studio. They have the best massage therapist there - Maria!!!!! She is awesome!!!!! She is extremely helpful especially if you have a sciatic nerve pain!!!! I always feel like all my stress is gone and I am ready to conquer the world. Thanks Maria!!!!
