Poor communication, rude staff, and antiquated systems, including no patient portal. I attempted to communicate with staff and/or doctor via email, but there was no response, despite a follow-up call and follow-up email. It was only when an outside pharmaceutical representative let them know they were in danger of losing a patient (and the lucrative income from an expensive treatment plan) that a staff member called and left a message. Sadly, Maria has fallen prey to the narrative that the “vaccine” is the be-all end-all for C19. She’ll refuse to see you if you’ve chosen not to get the clot shot without any consideration for real concerns as to why you might not want the jab … including medical conditions (i.e. Factor V Leiden) and/or religious beliefs. Great doctor. Do down to earth, great personality.
She has always been the best. I just don't understand the two negative reviews. That's not the practice thatI am familiar with.
Dr Arora was extremely patient with me ..listened to my concerns. he asked questions that were problems I had last time, that he fixed…. They stayed fixed. Will do testing he thinks are important and NOT any unnecessary test . Office staff was friendly and efficient… I am so glad I switched to him.. I’m NOT just a payment I’m a a person and he makes me feel valued
My last cardiologist.gave me a prescription..I had a reaction to and stopped taking it. Next time I had heart issues she gave me the sams meds. I told her I I couldn’t take… Dr Arora listened to me…I’m so glad he is my dr. He’s caring and knows how to diagnose problems..so pleased
She cares about her patients and follows up. I would recommend her to anyone.

Do not see this psychiatrist. He does not care about his patients or listen to them. He's always late and talks to you for five minutes and then forces medication on you without listening to your concerns. Horrible waste of time.
Good at first not sure I will continue to see him still waiting for office call me back over a week now had test done never call with results very disappointing
