I took my wife's bridal set to Bill after the marquis diamond fell out and was lost. When originally made, it had only two standard prongs to hold the marquis--one on each tip. He worked within our budget and replaced the stone with a better quality one. A few months later when the prongs were causing the diamond to continually loosen, he sent the ring of to his custom jeweler in Tennessee.
