No one is ever ready to have to do business with the funeral home however it is nice to know that there are those who care. I know it's their business but it's not just business for those who do business with them. I would definitely use them again. They were very accommodating when my husband suddenly passed. I don't know what I would have done without their guidance and the help of family for sure.
We got our dog of 13 years cremated. When we took him in they were so kind to my son. They made him feel better. A week later we got pooh's ashes back. Thank you for being there for us.
Not many grandkids have to solely plan their grandparents funeral alone. But when my grandma died, I did. Scott and his daughter were so understanding. Never questioned money, didn't act like it was a big deal. Since my grandma had no life insurance anymore due to being in a nursing home, my husband and I had to pay for her final resting.
