We experienced a lot of stress and sorrow due to unforeseen circumstances at my father-in-law’s services yesterday. It wasn’t what he deserved, and it was very painful for those of us who knew what was going on. The next day we met with the Underwoods to discuss the service, and even though nothing can make what happened right, they did everything they could to help ease our emotional pain and mental burden the service caused. They were genuinely sorry, and their sincerity was felt, as well as shown.

Scott and Holly Underwood and their staff have provided the ultimate in care and compassion to our family at one of the most difficult times of life for all 4 of the loved ones of our family who have passed away.
