Update 4/4/25 Mara came by today to perform routine maintenance. Everyone should have a tech like this - shows up on time, very thorough, patiently goes over issues in detail. I also like how she takes photos of the inside of the unit to show you what was done and also how things are progressing since last visit. Update: still with Underwood A/C. I will sing Underwood AC’s praises all day long! We came home from a vacation and found our house at 100+ degrees. Originally I scheduled a technician to come to the house with Frank Gay Services, but something told me to call elsewhere and get a second opinion. Underwood AC recently helped us replace our wall air conditioner in our lanai. They recommended a split system instead of a new wall model, and we accepted their recommendation. Installation was scheduled quickly, and the technicians showed up early and ready to work. Jeremy, Kenneth and Mark installed the unit efficiently and quickly, then took the time to show us how to care for the unit and how to operate it.
