Alex M did an extremely thorough and professional maintenance servicing of my two AC units. He explained everything thoroughly and reviewed every aspect of his company’s checklist at the end of the service call. I highly recommend Underwood AC, especially their yearly maintenance program.
We lost the AC over the weekend. Called on Sunday, they had someone out on Monday who determined we had a freon leak. We were quoted an option for repairs vs 3 replacement options. They were back on Friday to replace the system. Very clean and organized. Explained everything they did. This is our 3rd system being replaced by Underwood. (The 3 original units were 18 years old). Very happy with the service, professionalism and customer care. Cant go wrong selecting Underwood.
Underwood was just amazing. They were very through and explained everything in details. Their price was also very reasonable compared to other companies. They also gave really good discount on my new AC unit. Would def recommend them.
