Excellent service provided by Chris who was able to easily explain my options to locate a potential Freon leak in my unit . I have scheduled a follow up appointment to conduct an isolation test to determine exactly where the leak is coming from . Also, Heather, who took my original service call was amazing with her ability to quickly understand my situation and guide me to an eventual fix.
