The tech Alex did a great job for us. He quickly diagnosed the problem (the "dreaded compressor start capacitor") and got our system up and running in less than an hour, and for a fairly decent price ($288). Unsuspecting customers that aren't aware of this common problem and fix have been known to pay $500+
The Service was great
I contacted Underwood as my mini split wasn’t working correctly. Alex attended, cleaned the outside unit and diagnosed the issue as the return valve. This has been ordered and I’m expecting Alex will probably return to fit.

Victor was amazing. Helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Nothing felt rushed and everything was explained. I highly recommend Underwood to anyone in need of an air conditioner being cleaned and or replaced.
