Amazing Company!! I had a New Heat Pump and Airhandler installed in my home. The installation team was next level, going above and beyond. From the install manager Mike to the technicians Bob,Mark,and Larney. This team shows expertise in every aspect of customer service and professional services. Highly recommended to anyone who needs a new HVAC system installed in their own home. (One thing to note I do this myself for a living and was truly impressed by this company) Awesome Job UnderWood!! Underwood AC is next level service, they did a great job! We had to replace our unit during a super hot time. Jaime and Mark spent all day working on a complex replacement and by the end of the night there was still more work to do. They made sure the unit was putting out cold air before they left because it was dangerously hot! Kenneth and Tyler came out to finish the job, they were also great! Just renewed my Cub Club membership and very happy I did. Mara once again came out and did and amazing job. I needed some additional work and she was fast efficient, explained everything, and did not pressure me into the repairs. My air conditioning broke on one of the hottest days of the summer! I called underwood to get a quote - the first woman who answered my call, Heather, and the sales guy, Mike, were so kind, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable!
