Reduce wait times. During the scuba class I literally waited around about 80% of the time. For example, I showed up on Sunday at 8:00 AM and didn't do anything until about 10:30 AM.
Provided solid service to inspect and repair my leaking Mares 1st/2nd stage regulator setup. Took time to thoroughly describe what problem was discovered and fixed. Will use UW Connection for future equipment inspection and maintenance needs.

My girls have been taking swim classes here for the past few years. Best kids classes I've seen. I took the scuba intro class tonight. LOVED IT!
