The instructors are great, the sales staff are great. I love diving and the staff do a great job setting up dives and are extremely helpful.

If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. After renting a tandem kayak from them— we arrived to pick up our inflatable kayak. The kayak tutorial was extremely rushed with just pointing and showing where to hook up the pump and you should be good. We drove up two hours to our destination to hook up our pump with no success. The pump would not inflate the kayak... 2 other passerby’s helped us with the pump— no success. The kayak would not inflate. We called the store once we finally returned to service from ... read more
Rented inflatable paddleboard for half a day brought them back an hour early, clean, and after we leave and they do our check in and say everything is fine we got a call saying there’s a giant gash in one of them and then we would need to come back and pay for the repair. absolutely absurd our paddle boards were fine no gash they stayed afloat didn’t lose air all of a sudden we leave after everything is fine and now there’s a hole that they want us to pay for can’t even tell if they swapped the paddle boards shady business.

We also informed you that we would inflate the boards you returned, and if there were issues that we would contact you for payment at that time. the ppl are wonderful i like my trainer's they are awesome thank you for everything you do for me iam so blessed..
I have taken my equipment there a couple times now for service and they do a fantastic job. Also the staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable. Seems like a fun shop to be associated with.
Since we all have a little more time on our hands these days, why not check out what is going on at our local dive shop. Unde Rwater Con Nection is still up and running. Pool is closed, but doing remote classes and have lots of upcoming dive trips to check out to recover from cabin fever.
