My husband and I were certified through UC. From start to finish and everything in between it has been amazing! The instructors, staff and facility have been fantastic! We have just recently purchased our first set of scuba equipment and Miles was just wonderful. I never felt like I was just a new sale. He was patient and when we decided to purchase, he set it all up for us and helped us in the pool to use it as it was a little different than what we have been using. Giving Underwater Connection a five star rating for commitment and dedication of the staff and instructors. My instructor, Gary Cannon, worked with me in the pool until I felt comfortable with all of the skills for my confined water dives. When I did my open dives, I was able to complete all of the skills on the first try, which I found to be a major accomplishment after panicking in the water the first time I was asked to clear my mask.
