Sold me a car with hail damage on the roof. I didnt notice because I cant see over the roof, but when I did finally see it my heart sank. my bad for trusting them I guess.I traded in my hailed out car just to buy another one?! Hasn't sent in the paperwork to the DMV so I can get plates and it's been a month. Keeps calling because they're missing one thing or another. This was a huge mistake and I hope you get your car elsewhere.
RecommendedTammy was fabulous to work with. She got me into the car I wanted on terms that made sense for me. She was knowledgeable, understanding of my situation and not pushy, something I really appreciate. The entire process was easy and not stressful! Highly recommend!
We found a nice low mileage Encore on the web site, made an appt. and were met at the curb by Mike Martell. He brought the car for a test drive and look thru. We decided "yes" and while waiting for the next step we were made comfortable in the lounge and offered pizza for lunch! Virtually painless, outside a little wait for paper work which Mike Montoya buzzed through efficiently. Friendly, professional staff throughout the dealership. Thank you to all involved. This is the second car I bought through Underriner and they both have been amazing experiences. Scott was amazing in getting my newest car's paperwork all taken care of before we got there and he shared my excitement over my purchases. The people there are great both professionally and personally!!
we bought our truck from them almost a month ago and they are still calling us saying they need this and that for the loan. Is getting old real quick. they also were to replace the spare tire, and Jack since it did not have one. Everytime I try to talk to someone there they just blow it off to another person. I do not recommend them. Aparently once the deal is done they dont fill their end of the deal. 😤
Came in to get a new 2019 Tucson for my college kid. Told salesman let's get some numbers. Waited 20 min in waiting room. Was trading in 2013 Dodge Dart. He came back with garbage numbers. 31k for Sport model, rebates, trade. Came down to 24k. Then the next section, I notice I was paying them to take my trade. They gave me $2500.00 for trade and they add 3k back so I'm giving them $500. Add other dealer installs back to 28K. Called Spokane Hyundai WA. I feel bad for their good employees that work there! You truly have to be a good BS’r and liar because all they really care about is taking your money! Selling you warranties and extra things that you really don’t need! Owner personally tells you one thing and then let’s the new manager talk him out of doing the right thing! Owner needs to step up and do what is right!!!
My wheel shouldn’t separate from my vehicle after driving about 1,000 miles after having my tires rotated here (this happened while I’m driving on the interstate at 70 MPH in the middle of winter). I called the owner who offered me a car to drive and said he’d cover the repairs. A few days later their idiot Service Manager calls me and says they will not be covering the repairs and they will not accept responsibility for what happened.
