We had scheduled an appointment for service on our vehicle 10 days before. We called the day before and nothing was ever mentioned about the part not being in. We ended up making a 10 hour trip for no reason with the company unable to compensate for the lost expenditure even though it was their fault that the part was not ordered in the first place.

Not force small businesses to give free services during a pandemic. Do you not think the small company needs to pay their employees? Are you not worth a million times more? You should be paying them full price to keep them going! Greedy! Shame on you!!!!!
Underriner sent a letter to all its vendors demanding 2 months of free service due to Covid 19. I will steering clear of your dealership moving forward. :) :) :)
customer service is on point. they will correct any issue that comes up and I'm glad I chose to buy a car here!
They have a nice appearance, but believe the bad reviews. They really ripped off my friend who just needed a good car and a good chance. They're slimey and will use your vulnerability to their own advantage. Definitely take your business elsewhere!!
