If it wasn’t for Kevin or AJ or the whole Underdog team, I would not be where I am today. Not only have they spent the time to make be a better athlete and version of myself, but they welcomed me with open arms from day 1 and welcomed to absolutely incredible team that I call my second family!
My brother and I participated in our first Deka Strong (teams) at Underdog in Wallingford and it was such a great experience! Welcoming and friendly group; extremely knowledgeable trainers; and a successful day for our first time!

This is the place to get a fit body and a fit mind. Coach Kevin pushes you to the max and you benefit from the results. Underdog Wallingford is an awesome place to have fun while achieving your goals.
Underdog Fitness in preparing for Deka/Hyrox and OCR events is hands down the best training experience I’ve had in starting out as just completing them to reaching podiums and becoming my best self! Kevin Gregory and the other coaches go above and beyond— they are knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely care about helping each person reach their goals. They walk their talk! Very Inspiring, motivating and supportive all the way and have created an awesome community!
