10/10 would recommend! The amount of progress I’ve made in a short period of time is insane! I’ve been doing the remote training for only about 2 months. But, in that time I’ve gone from a 9:30-10min mile to a 7:30-8min mile, cut huge chunks of time off my race times, and have seen massive gains!
Really cannot say enough wonderful things! I am coached virtually from out of state and the coaching is top notch. The community of Underdog is unmatched. Beginner or Elite you will feel welcomed, encouraged, and see growth like you’ve never had before in your fitness. I am eager to visit the gym in person for an hybrid event as Underdog’s excellent reputation for a great event is well known. Owners are the kindest humans and you will not regret joining Underdog.
If it wasn’t for Kevin or AJ or the whole Underdog team, I would not be where I am today. Not only have they spent the time to make be a better athlete and version of myself, but they welcomed me with open arms from day 1 and welcomed to absolutely incredible team that I call my second family!
My brother and I participated in our first Deka Strong (teams) at Underdog in Wallingford and it was such a great experience! Welcoming and friendly group; extremely knowledgeable trainers; and a successful day for our first time!
