Quality of food and service was wonderful! Great atmosphere and I love the sustainable, fair trade and/or local products for sale. The one thing that I felt to be controversial to their brand is the use of take away cups, straws with every drink and plastic utensils. As someone who makes an effort to be conscious of the impact of my actions, these are all big deterrents. I would love to see the brand evolve to be more green in support of their local and national environment and wildlife.

Hello Carolina, Thanks for your feedback! We promote staying to eat/drink in the shop where we use ONLY glassware and all reusable serving plates and utensils (we do not serve any plastic if you eat at the shop). As for take out - we use only recyclable and/or compostable products. However it is actually a huge priority for us to remove even these types of disposable ware and move to higher level green options - we are currently working on a project that I think you will appreciate when we launch!
