I have been going to Unclaimed Diamonds for a couple of years now. I have had nothing but the best customer service and I love my ring that my hubby purchased there. A special shout out to Elliott for always providing nothing but the best service and great advise and prices. My hubby and I was in there yesterday and he wanted to purchase something for me for Christmas. I'm pretty sure whatever it is, it was worth me sitting in the car for about 30 minutes. Thank you!!
I will never use unclaimed diamonds again, they quoted a price too me and then after 90 days red tape says i now owe 900$ so im paying for it because that 90 day policy is burried in pages of paper work.

I've been trying to reach them via phone,websites, etc because I dont come to Philadelphia too often! And I'm only writing this review in HOPES IT'LL CATCH THEIR ATTENTION & Then they can provide me with the customer service they stand by! I'm upset because this isnt my 1st,2 nd or 5th time I've bought something from them BUT this is the FIRST time I have to give them a hands down & my YEAR is up tomorrow it's IMPORTANT you guys get back me!
