The policy requiring 2 year olds to be vaccinated against Covid is preposterous when they have an ifr of 0.0001%. We will never use this facility. Ever.
Since moving locations, it is almost impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. I used to be able to call if m kids were sick and TALK to a person. Sometimes they could even squeeze us in for a quick appointment same day. Now when I call it goes into an endless phone system that routes to multiple voicemails or rings at unattended phones. Agree with the comment that the practice is compromised. We could not get quality care for our child who was very ill, missing school and had bloodwork indicating a serious condition. Everything was so sloppy, so many errors, so many shenanigans. One example, our previous doctors office sent records three times and they were never recorded. I contacted UNC patient relations for an advocate and they had someone with an advertising background (!) not trained in customer service or clinical care decide just to sever the patient... read more
