The nurse is good and kind to help me, although the problem still can't be fixed.
I personally had a really good experience here as I was working to establish primary care. My doctor was very informative about options, and responsive to my needs as a patient. The support staff was quick to act and very accommodating! I almost passed out from a tb test as I was preparing to take a new job. The support staff offered me juice and crackers, which really helped. I hope this location continues to grow thoughtfully and offer great care for disadvantaged or disenfranchised patients!
Tyler Brown, PA-C is very attentive, professional, and thorough. Took the time to listen and clearly explain everything. The visit (annual check up) was efficient and well-organized. Very satisfied and would highly recommend.
Staff at this location need a lesson in proper customer service and administration. Rescheduling here is awful, even when the cancellation of the appointment is the provider's fault. I come here because I am very appreciative of Dr. Rasmus, but the facility itself is not my favorite to visit.
