Horrible. My confirmed appointment with Bethany Close got cancelled THREE times ONE day before the time without any explanation or rescheduling help within 3 months. Never more frustrating. Have to find another place
Showed up to a confirmed appointment with Dr Rao and was assigned a different doctor without prior notice. Called to reschedule the appointment and April from scheduling was the most unhelpful staff I have ever encountered. We were trying to establish care at this practice as it is closer to our place vs our current one, and she basically told us to just go back to the other clinic. 10/31 update. I've been coming here for years since 2018, even before the new faculty was opened. This year the Dr. I was seeing left the practice. So what does UNC Panther Creek do?? Abandon you of course and left me with NO healthcare services. I did not find out that I had no Dr. .... UNTIL I had an medical issue and logged in to find I have NO provider. The nurse their states up and down that they sent me letters but we've checked and never got anything. Unbelievable.
