My son had an appointment here. Prior to booking the appointment they told me that there was a developmental behavioral pediatrician on campus . After scheduling an appointment & doing the wellness visit , there wasn’t one. I was referred to another section of the campus & they had a two year wait . I then proceeded to call back to get the referral sent elsewhere & after TWO months no one ever followed up. Don’t waste your time with this place like I did .
Showed up to a confirmed appointment with Dr Rao and was assigned a different doctor without prior notice. Called to reschedule the appointment and April from scheduling was the most unhelpful staff I have ever encountered. I would leave 0 star if I could.
Anya is the best provider I've ever had. She's not only a provider, she's like a mother or big sister. She sits there with the listening ear, trying to find ways to help you. She makes sure you feel comfortable and also make sure you feel heard. She makes sure to address all your needs, and your visits never feel rushed. She saved my life in many different ways and more than she probably could imagine. I'm happy to have here as my PCP!
I've been coming here for years since 2018, even before the new faculty was opened. This year the Dr. I was seeing left the practice. So what does UNC Panther Creek do?? Eell Abandon you of course and left me with NO healthcare services. I did not find out that I had no Dr. .... UNTIL I had an medical issue and logged in to find I have NO provider. The nurse their states up and down that they sent me letters but we've checked and never got anything. Unbelievable.
Dr. Hart is the best. She took time to access everything with patience that shows she really takes interest in her patients health and make every effort to keep them healthy. I highly recommend their pediatrics department and it's very conveniently located to my place.
