I have been going to this practice for only a short while now (a little less than year). My doctor has been great, the receptionist has been great, and my wait times before calling me back have been about 10 minutes or less. So far so good...I ve actually been impressed!
Arrived at Rex Family Practice-Knightdale 10 min. late. She said my appointment was at 8:20 but I thought it was at 8:30am. So the receptionist said she would have to check. So, she went to the back to check and when she came back she called me up and said they are slam packed in the back and we will have to reschedule. Ok, first of all you all open up at 8am so how are you slam packed in the back and it is only 8:30am with one patient in the waiting room. Really, who does that....don t lie and say you are packed in the back... read more
