Dr. Johnson is horribly rude and doesn’t listen to his patients. I’ve been looking for some serious help for months and finally get the referral only to be talked over, made to feel like I can’t ask questions about my care plan or medications, and rushed out of the office with an appointment that lasted less than 5 minutes. If you can get a referral elsewhere, do it. I see now why this practice has such low stars. Customer Service👎🏽 Professional 👎🏽 Telephone etiquette 👎🏽 Very slow process. Referring doctors will always say, “stay on top of them” because of their reputation.
This place is horrible. My mother was seen on April 8th because they wouldn’t order the parts she needed for her CPAP machine; they told us she needed to come in for a follow up. It has now been over a month since she was seen and she still has not received her parts! I have spoken to Latasha several times, and she keeps giving me the run around.
