Hi I went to Unanderra mower centre today with a De Walt line trimmer to get a new head and was told by the sale staff to look at my manual. I asked don't want the work? The salesman said NO. I then went to Hy Qual at Fairy Meadow arriving 12 as they were closing up the staff ask what is wrong they called the fitter and he fixed it on the spot.
This place totally ripping off the customers. Kepping our item with them two weeks and charging without doing anything. Not a professional and reliablel service at all. Customers satisfaction is absolutely zero. Many other good and reliable services in wollongong. Dont recommend this place at all. Customers, be aware , don't be rippwd off by them
