Came to the shop to have my snipper looked at - Clinton checked the cord and found there were several broken off pieces of cord in there. Re-corded it, checked the fuel and oil content. Explained the levels of oil vs fuel. Very thorough, very polite. Have told some mates and family - fully recommend the UMC for all things mowers!
I had foolishly lost a spacer for my Honda Brushcutter while replacing the head. Tristan helped out with the part I needed quickly. Now I have no excuse not to mow the lawn. Thanks Guys
