Keep your items as far away from these guys as possible. Late last year I took my mower, whipper snipper & blower for a general service and when I got them back, they where running worse than before I gave it to them. The whipper snipper had a shake in the head which they cant couldnt replicate and so they where given back to me. They did take them back and apparently serviced them again and blamed me that I'd used old fuel, even though I've been doing the same thing for 3-4 years without any issue. Just bought a STIHL RMA 460 from Trisso on his recommendation. It’s battery powered and so quiet!! It couldn’t be easier to use or better built tbh. I came straight home and mowed the front lawn and for the first time, it’s didn’t feel like a chore. I got a wild discount also because they are getting back on their feet after the fire that tire thru their shop. Amazing retail experience, will def be back! Thanks!
