Keep away from this business!!!! Terrible customer service.
Tristan and the team at UMC are amazing! They fixed my whipper snipper on the spot. Their knowledge is second to none. They are fast and efficient. Proffesional, kind and courteous. I cannot recommend them any higher. UMC is the only place I will go for all my lawn mower and whipper snipper needs!
Took my mower to U.M.C., because it would not work, it was there for 10 days. Got it back later today, all it needed was a new plug and the carburettor cleaned. In those 10 days they couldn’t be bothered informing me that it was going to take that long, very bad customer experience by them. Will go straight to another store.
I went in there today and the young bloke that served me was fantastic, he gave me great advice and was a amazingly helpfull he solved my problem with out any costs to me, he also showed me how to fix it my self and also said if you have any problems bring it in and we will do it for you,,, great service.
