Front desk had no problem with. But the dr and nurse terrible. Don't listen to you. And they shouldn't be talking bad about other patients.
Took my daughter to UMC Quickcare. After taking our 50$ co payment the Dr informed us they could not treat her and to take her to the Emergency Room. This is what's wrong with healthcare. How do you justify charging a co payment and billing the insurance company when you have provided no Service. I had to pay another 175 co payment at the emergency room. My daughter went to the emergency room and was provided an antibiotic. The staff here is incompetent and UMC is out to take advantage of people. Take your business elsewhere... read more
I like this place Receptionist ,nurses and doctors are so helpful they even call me to see how my daughter was doing..god bless you guys
I will never take my family here again... Getting checked in was fine it was the doctor that came in that really bugged me. I get that we live in a fast paced world but don't go so quickly that you overlook something that could have been caught had you have stopped and listened to what your patient was trying to tell you...
QUICK care? ... I don't think so. they are the complete opposite of "quick".
I was seen quicker than I expected. The Physician was awesome, took the time to explain the diagnosis and filled me with the correct prescriptions to allow me to get back to work promptly. Thanks!
It seems that person sitting at front desk doesn't know everything she should she kept asking other workers for info so she shouldn't be there until she knows EVERYTHING!
