I came here for a Covid test, Umc expanded locations to make it more convenient. appt 3 to 310, been sitting here 20 minutes so far waiting for test that takes literally 30 seconds. what a joke of a place. probably got exposed sitting here. people sitting here with mask pulled down over nose yet they say nothing to them. so much for appointments right? DON'T GO HERE.
First, don't go after 7pm. Second, why is this place open as an urgent care center if they won't see patients. I was in a car accident a few days ago and wanted a follow-up because I've developed a few bruises. The woman screening outside seemed bothered that I was there. I finally got inside and the woman working intake had to go get permission from the charge nurse to intake me. Her answer was no. These people obviously don't want to deal with patients, so why keep it open, UMC? Just go to the er.
The staff here do not care and are inhumane. Yes, I understand there is a pandemic going but to be forced to wait outside in over a 110 degree weather while you are assisting an elderly person that needs medical care, is where I draw the line. They need to come up with an area to have waiting family members to sit as summer is here in the desert. RecommendedThe day I went it was quick I had to do pre-op for surgery I was in and out. Facility was a bit cluttered but overall it got the job done.

Recommendedidk how anyone could not like it here...go to the quick care on nellis and Charleston or near boulder highway...u will appreciate the crap out of this location.
DO NOT GO To this place. Dr. Tran Tan has no compassion with patience she just wants to be in and out of the room. No compassion with patients at all. Do not go to this place it’s a waste of money. Go to other quiccare instead 👎👎👎
