I’ve been struggling to find a new pcp. And got a hold of these clueless phone takers. In July I set up my first appt for 8/11 to which I got 6 reminders for. Days before the appointment I got a call from an apathetic woman who told me the doctor I’m supposed to see will be out of the office on the 11th for an emergency.
