I had the best experience with the Umass Vein Center. I have a phobia of needles, blood and veins so when they told me they were going to do this surgery while I was awake I almost fainted. The day of I was an absolute mess. At UMass they have a nurse practitioner in the vein surgical department. I believe here name is Donna D'Agostino. I know her first name is Donna! My brother had been in the emergency triage for 11 hours & a doctor hasn't seen him. He has Covid & the Flu at the same time. He can't breathe. He is laying on the floor & nobody seems to care. What is wrong with this hospitals? It's like they don't care about people. He is in pain & nobody is even getting him anything. Can somebody please help. This is so sad & frustrating.
You have to pay for parking INSANE. HANDICAPPED PARKING ISN'T FREE. SOME good Doctors but they all seem to Leave for Boston Massachusetts hospitals. Boston Hospitals are 5 star. Pharmacy UMASS is TERRIBLE, RUDE SERVICES. TERRIBLE BUSINESS HOURS. DON'T EVERY HAVE SURGERY IN WORCESTER UMASS HOSPITALS. ST. VINCENT HOSPITAL FANCY LOOKING. TERRIBLE HOSPITALS. THESE HOSPITALS HAVE KILLED MANY PEOPLE IN MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS.
