I had my 1st visit with Dr. Cheah 6/12/26. Considering all the medical issues I have, he was thorough and appropriate with his questions and with the explanations of my future medically...and very easy to "talk to"! After I came home I already received message from nursing staff to set up appointments. I am so pleased I found this Dr. to manage my specific multiple medical issues...oh and by the way I was RN from 1970> ~2011 so I'm so glad I found this new MD to be part of "my team"!

Met with Doctor Khan after experiencing 6 years of chronic back pain and he looked me in the eyes and said “you are hypersensitive to pain.” Meanwhile I have documented spinal and neck arthritis. I have never felt so blatantly disrespected. Incredibly frustrating. No wonder the public has lost faith in the medical system.
I have a serious illness so you’d assume most doctors would keep an eye on their patients with a disease like that and be there to offer compassion and guidance. I have never been neglected more at any other medical facility than I have at UMass Rheumatology. My doctors actively ignore my calls and messages. You cannot receive an actual person at their clinic but instead you are sent to a call center every time you call them.
