I sit on home for 20 minutes, listening to how they want you to work for them. They treat you like a real person and know you have a life yet they don’t answer the phone for patients who cannot use my chart. This is really Sad that patients get treated this way this will be my fourth time on hold trying to reach my rheumatologist
My husband is on prednisone,has called and left messages twice ,today is 15 days later and no one from the office has called him back !!!!Very disappointing.
I had my 1st visit with Dr. Cheah 6/12/26. Considering all the medical issues I have, he was thorough and appropriate with his questions and with the explanations of my future medically...and very easy to "talk to"! After I came home I already received message from nursing staff to set up appointments. I am so pleased I found this Dr. to manage my specific multiple medical issues...oh and by the way I was RN from 1970> ~2011 so I'm so glad I found this new MD to be part of "my team"!
HARD... when you are sick 🤒 sick 🤢 don't care 4 U, (DR Pertussis very good doctor 🧑⚕️ no longer working this place anymore )
