Consistently rude staff. They generally make us wait 20 min past our appt time, but today I was 10 min late. I was bring my handicapped, wheelchair bound mother in the snow in subzero temps. At least 4 staff members made me feel like a villain for being late despite the fact that the check in staff wasted at least 5 min getting us registered. UMass Lung and Allergy uses unscrupulous billing practices, and gives you the run around every chance they can. I fought with them for 6 months about forcing me into a procedure, which them cost me hundreds of dollars. Only after sending them a legal notice that I was going to file in court, did they suddenly decide to "waive" the charges. This is on top of repeated times where I showed up, waited, and after 30-60 minutes past my appointment, I had to leave.
